Shipping
Every lulu designs things order is printed just for you, so please allow a few business days for your monsters to be made before they ship.
Where we ship: United States addresses only, for now.
Shipping costs:
- Stickers and decals: free shipping, always.
- Shirts: $5.00 flat rate per order, or free on total orders of $60 or more.
- Express: $15.00, if you need it faster.
If your order has shirts along with stickers or decals, the stickers and decals still ride along for free. You'll only see the shirt rate at checkout.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your package seems lost, reach out through the Contact page and I'll sort it out.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is printed to order, I can't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please check the size details before ordering.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, I'll make it right. Contact me within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and I'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back.
